Chiara Biella - Ph.D. | Avvocato
Founder of the Firm, Chiara Biella is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in complex litigation, arbitration, and business law gained in leading Italian and international law firms, including as Senior Counsel at BonelliErede, Senior Associate at Lombardi & Associati, and Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright and Pavesi Gitti Verzoni.
She assists clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, covering corporate and commercial law, IP law, civil liability, insurance, commercial contracts, and M&A transactions. Building on this solid background, she has integrated these skills with a program in Space Institutions and Policies (organized by the Italian Society for International Organization and the Italian Space Agency), extending her practice to the specific needs of the Space Economy.
